    Booking conditions

    • Offer is applicable for stays minimum of 5 nights and above
    • Offer is valid for stays from 23 December 2022 till 11 January 2023
    • Rates are subject to 10% service charge, 16% GST and USD 6 per person per night Green Tax.
    • Please note that the property has a mandatory gala dinner on 24 December 2022 and 31 December 2022. All charges are to be paid at the property directly. 
      • December 24th, US$ 554 per Adult and US$ 277 per Child, (2 – 11.99 years) inclusive of all taxes.
      • December 31st, US$ 986 per Adult and US$ 493 per Child, (2 – 11.99 years) inclusive of all taxes.
    • Mandatory return transfer of US$ 800 per Adult / US$ 400 per Child will be due upon check-in
    Payment policy:
    • A non-refundable 10% deposit is required at the time of confirmation.
    • Total payment is to be received by the resort 45 days prior to the arrival date.
