  • Cancellations that are made 14 days or less prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total Villa charges
• For travel from 11 January - 20 April 2026 and 01 October - 20 December 2026 
  • Cancellations that are made 21 days or less prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total Villa charges
