Vakkaru Maldives is located in Baa Atoll, approximately 68 nautical miles north of Malé. Transfers from Velana International Airport are arranged by seaplane (approximately 30 minutes) or via a domestic flight to Dharavandhoo Airport followed by a 30-minute speedboat transfer.
The Maldives enjoys a warm tropical climate year-round with temperatures typically between 23°C and 32°C. The drier season runs from November to April, while May to October may bring occasional tropical showers and refreshing ocean breezes.
