- Cancellation Policy
  For travel from 21 April – 30 September
  
  Cancellations that are made 14 days or less prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total Villa charges
  
  For travel from 11 January - 20 April and 01 October - 20 December
  
  Cancellations that are made 21 days or less prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total Villa charges
