    TERMS & CONDITIONS

    • Rates are subject to 10% service charge, prevailing government taxes applicable for the travel period, and USD 12 per person per night Green Tax.

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    • For travel from 21 April 2026 – 30 September 2026
      • Cancellations that are made 14 days or less prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total Villa charges
    • For travel from 11 January - 20 April 2026 and 01 October - 22 December 2026
      • Cancellations that are made 30 days or less prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total Villa charges
