TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Rates quoted on the website are inclusive of discounts applicable for all villa categories and selected residence types.
• A minimum of 05-nights are required for bookings on Residence categories 
• Offer is valid for stays from 23rd December 2024 to 10th January 2025.
• Mandatory Festive Gala Dinner on December 24th - Adults: $700, Children (2 – 11.99 years): $385.
• Mandatory Festive Gala Dinner on December 31st: Adults: $1,276, Children (2 – 11.99 years): $638
• Rates are subject to a 10% service charge, 16% GST, return transfer (before discount) of US$ 950 per Adult / US$ 475 per Child, and US$ 6 per person per night Green Tax

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations that are made 60 days or less prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total Villa charges


DEPOSIT POLICY
A 50% Nonrefundable Deposit is required via a valid credit card at the time of placing the booking. Full payment will be collected 90 days prior to arrival.
